CompassionKaty.org announces Billy Quock as their Volunteer of the Year for 2008. Billy Quock attends Grand Lakes Presbyterian church on 6035 S. Fry Rd in Katy Texas. Billy has taken the lead in the many outreach mission related jobs at his church and was recently voted as the Mission Elder for Grand Lakes. He is an indispensable leader always working for those in need.
